We are delighted to be involved with 2 events that are part of the Festival of Museums as well as having our own Mary, Queen of Scots as part of the launch of this great weekend of amazing activities across Scotland

Victoriana Dundee, Bazaar at the Museum: 6.30 – 8.30 pm

Come to The McManus in Dundee and step back in time to the late Victorian era – for one night only.

The Victorian gothic revival museum provides a stunning and atmospheric backdrop to this unique event that will transport you back in time to the bazaars and grand exhibitions of the 19th Century. Let characters like formidable whaling Captain Alexander Fairweather, intrepid journalists Bessie Maxwell and Marie Imandt and the gentlemanly James Guthrie Orchar guide you through what life was really like in Victorian Dundee. This is one night at the museum that really will bring history to life!

This is a free event, but booking is required. For further details please visit  http://bit.ly/1lMxHTg
