On 25th January we are launching our costumed guided walk “In the footsteps of Mrs Burns”, your chance to see the sights of Dumfries that were familiar to “Bonnie Jean”, the wife of Robert Burns, Scotland’s bard. Jean Armour Burns arrived in Dumfries with Robert and their family in 1791 and remained in the town after his death in 1796.

Come along and hear her stories and walk in the footsteps of this remarkable woman. IMG_1511
